) ORDER Registrar of Contractors ) ) COMPLAINANT ) ) -v- ) Heskett Homes LLC ) License No. B.209112-R ) B-2.226435-C ) B-1.255715-C ) ) ) The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's attached Recommended Order with the following modifications: On page 1, line 29 “B-12.226435-C” shall be replaced with “B-2.226435-C,” on page 2, line 4 “B-12.226435-C” shall be replaced with “B-2.226435-C,” on page 5, line 17 ½ “B- 12.226435-C” shall be replaced with “B-2.226435-C,” line 24 “it has two. . . cases against it.” Shall be replaced with “and suspended on July 8, 2012 for lack of bond.” On page 9, lines 4, 5 and 12 ½ “B- 12.226435-C” shall be replaced with “B-2.226435-C.” On page 9, line 8 “$800.00” shall be replaced with “$1000.00.” Justification: Correction of incorrect license numbers warrants modification. Further, the serious regulatory violation reflecting a disregard by the contractor for its responsibility as a licensee warrants the imposition the maximum civil penalty. See A.R.S. § 32-1154(E). Based on this Decision, the Order, as modified, shall become effective on April 14, 2014. IT IS SO ORDERED this 3rd day of March, 2014. Registrar of Contractors
