This tribunal takes administrative notice of these files. So that the files can be added to the record and considered by the Administrative Law Judge, the record must be reopened. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the record is reopened. The ROC shall provide copies of these files to the tribunal on or before September 4, 2013. On that date, the record will close again and a Recommended Decision will be transmitted to the Registrar within 20 days.
