This matter is under advisement. On August 27, 2013, the Administrative Law Judge reopened the record so that the ROC could file with this tribunal the complete files in the following matters:

Complaint No. 2010-[number redacted] Complaint No. 2011-7019 Complaint No. 2011-7173 Complaint No. 2012-5559 Complaint No. 2013-114

This tribunal took administrative notice of these files. However, as of today, there has been no filing by the ROC. A search of the large file already received for this case from the ROC revealed sufficient, albeit not organized, documentation for the first three cases listed above. However, there is no documentation apparent in the existing file for Complaints 2012- 5559 and 2013-114. Therefore, the record must be reopened so that this can be addressed. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the record is reopened. This tribunal requests that the Assistant Attorney General in conjunction with the ROC provide copies of these files:

to the tribunal on or before September 30, 2013. On that date, the record will close again and a Recommended Decision will be transmitted to the Registrar within 20 days.
