IN THE MATTER OF THE APPLICATION ) ) CASE NO: 2013-2695 OF: ) The Edge Remodeling LLC ) ) DOCKET NO. 2013A-2695-ROC Pending License No. ) B-3.282717-R ) ) ORDER ) RESPONDENT The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's attached Recommended Order with the following modifications: On page 5, line 4 ½, “282384” shall be replaced with “282348.” On page 4, line 11 ½ “has never been disciplined” shall be replaced with “was disciplined March 9, 2009 through July 21, 2009 for failure to comply with a ROC Order issued in Case No. M08-0861.” On page 9, line 22 “(No. B-2.282384-C)” shall be replaced with “(No. B-2.282348-C).” On page 10, line 7 ½ delete “which is a . . .and abetting claim.” Note: Complaints older than 24 months do not appear on the Registrar’s public website. Thus, the discipline imposed as a result of Case No. M08-0861 would not appear on the current Registrar’s public website under the Complaint Information section. However all discipline imposed upon a license appears within the Comments section of the Registrar’s public website indefinitely. Based on this Decision, the Order, as modified, shall become effective on January 21, 2014. IT IS SO ORDERED this 12th day of December, 2013
