IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter came on for hearing on May 6, 2013. Colonna Construction LLC pending License No. B.282264-R (hereinafter “Applicant”) appeared by and through its attorney, Lisa Streu, Esq., Walsh Law Group P.L.C. The Registrar of Contractors appeared through, John R. Tellier Esq., Office of the Attorney General. At the onset of the scheduled hearing the parties disclosed that they had agreed to vacate the hearing and remand this matter back to the Registrar of Contractors. Applicant agreed to remove Maria Palombi from its license application and resubmit its license application with Anthony Fresca listed as Applicant’s Qualifying Party. The Registrar of Contractors agreed to reconsider the revised license application. In view of the foregoing and sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this matter be and hereby is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that this matter be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors.
