This matter remains under advisement. There is a lot of evidence to consider and the Administrative Law Judge will not be able to conclude the review before the holidays. Therefore, it is necessary to extend the time that the record is held open. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the record be held open until December 31, 2012. A recommendation will issue within 20 days of that date. In addition, the parties are herby informed that Complainants made two filings on November 18, 2012. As the Administrative Law Judge has informed them before, the record is closed and those filings will not be considered as part of the evidentiary record nor considered in the decision making process.
