A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. The parties requested a recess to discuss their differences privately. After the recess, the parties informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had fully resolved their dispute. Complainant’s attorney prepared a writing to memorialize the essential terms of the settlement, and Complainant’s representative and Respondent signed the writing. A copy of the writing is attached to the Registrar’s copy of this order. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
