This matter came on for hearing on June 4, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. Complainant appeared through its attorney, D. Aaron Brown. Esq. Cantelme & Brown P.L.C. Respondent appeared through its authorized representative, Richard Juarez. At the onset of the scheduled hearing Complainant moved to dismiss its complaint without prejudice. Following a recess the parties reached an agreement whereby both parties agreed to dismiss the complaint at issue without prejudice. For good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
