On page 7, line 15, insert a new Conclusion of Law, “6. Inspector Fleetham credibly testified that there were no structural or workmanship deficiencies in the roof that Respondent installed; therefore, Complainant did not establish that Respondent violated A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(3).” Based on this Order, the Decision, as modified, shall become effective on September 11, 2013. Any request for rehearing must be filed on or before September 6, 2013. Any appeal to the Superior Court must be filed on or before the effective date set forth above. IT IS SO ORDERED this 2nd day of August, 2013.
