A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date, at which both parties presented evidence on the issue of whether or not Respondent violated A.R.S. § 32-1154(A)(11). The parties’ representatives requested a recess. After the recess, the parties’ representatives informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had resolved their dispute and recited the terms of their settlement onto the record. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
