On page 2, line 28, “two” shall be replaced with “three”. The Registrar rejects the Administrative Law Judge’s attached Recommended Order. Instead, IT IS ORDERED that on the effective date of this Order Respondent’s K-60.262628-D License be suspended for a period of seven (7) days. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent’s K-60.262628-D License shall be placed on disciplinary probation for a period of ninety (90) days commencing on the expiration of the seven-day suspension imposed by this Order. Justification: In the last twelve (12) months, there have been five (5) complaints filed against Respondent. The Registrar maintains that a finite period of suspension followed by a period of probation is the appropriate disciplinary sanction in this matter based on Respondent’s violation of A.R.S. § 32- 1154(A) and the number of pending or closed complaints against Respondent. Based on this Order, the Decision, as modified, shall become effective on August 26, 2013. Any request for rehearing must be filed on or before August 21, 2013. Any appeal to the Superior Court must be filed on or before the effective date set forth above.

IT IS SO ORDERED this 17th day of July, 2013.
