On page 4, lines 22 and 23, delete “deprive Complainant of … her complaint or”. The Registrar rejects the Administrative Law Judge’s attached Recommended Order. Instead, IT IS ORDERED that Respondent’s C-61.240995-R License be revoked on the effective date of this Order. Justification: Respondent’s C-61.240995-R License was revoked on April 30, 2013 in Case No. 2013-5319; therefore, provisional discipline is not appropriate in this matter. The Registrar maintains that unconditional revocation is the appropriate discipline to impose in this case. Based on this Order, the Decision, as modified, shall become effective on August 27, 2013. Any request for rehearing must be filed on or before August 22, 2013. Any appeal to the Superior Court must be filed on or before the effective date set forth above.
