IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On November 13, 2012, the Registrar of Contractors submitted to the Office of Administrative Hearings a Motion to Vacate the hearing in which the Registrar indicated that the parties had reached an agreement to resolve the dispute. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled for 8:00 a.m. on November 15, 2012. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19- 111(1) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, November 14, 2012.
