Respondent Kings Roofing LLC’s attorney, D. Kim Lough, filed a Suggestion of Death, providing notice that Complainant, William H. Troutman, died on February 4, 2013. Respondent’s attorney attached two documents to the Suggestion: (1) An obituary from the Arizona Republic for Complainant, confirming the date of death; and (2) A letter from the attorney whom Complainant identified on the Complaint that he filed with the Registrar of Contractors, Gregg Clarke Gibbons, advising the Registrar that the did not represent Complainant in this matter and that Complainant passed away on February 4, 2013. No on has responded to the Suggestion on Complainant’s behalf in the time allowed. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on April 30, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, April 1, 2013.
