) ) Alma Patricia Aguirre ) CASE NO. 2012-4195 ) COMPLAINANT ) ) DOCKET NO. 2012A-4195-ROC -v- ) ) Purefun Systems LLC dba ) ORDER ) Play and Leisure Systems License No. KB-1.261185-D ) ) RESPONDENT ) ) The Registrar adopts the Administrative Law Judge's attached Recommended Order with the following modifications: On page 7, line 13, insert a period after “Order.” On page 7, lines 13-20, delete “unless the Registrar … shall be closed.” On page 7, line 22, “$250.00” shall be replaced with “$500.00.” Justification: The Registrar maintains that unconditional revocation is the appropriate discipline in this matter based on the following aggravating factors: Purefun failed to appear at the jobsite

inspection, failed to perform any corrective action in response to the Registrar’s September 28, 2013

Corrective Work Order, and Purefun failed to examine Ms. Aguirre’s roof until after the pre-hearing

inspection on October 4, 2013.

Further, Respondent’s License No. KB-1.261185-D was cancelled June 24, 2012, and as such

cannot be reinstated; thus, provisional discipline is not appropriate in this matter. Respondent is currently

unlicensed and unable to contract in any manner. The Registrar maintains that unconditional revocation

is the proper discipline to impose in this case.

Based on this decision, the Order, as modified, shall become effective on December 30, 2013.
