Vacate: Settlement Recommendation

IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A hearing had been scheduled in these consolidated matters on this date. At the beginning of the hearing, the parties’ attorneys requested a recess to privately discuss their differences. After some time, the parties’ attorneys informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had reached a settlement. The attorneys recited the terms of their settlement on the record, provided a copy of a preliminary written settlement, and promised to provide a copy of the fully executed final written settlement to the Registrar of Contractors. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding these matters under A.A.C. R2-19- 111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that they be closed as resolved/settled/withdrawn. Done this day, July 18, 2012.
