Immediately following the suspension period, Respondent’s K-5.221074-D License shall be placed on disciplinary probation for a period of ninety (90) days.” Justification: Respondent had ample opportunity to comply with the terms of the Corrective Work Order issued in this matter and failed to do so; thus, provisional discipline is not appropriate in this matter. The Registrar maintains that an unconditional periodic suspension is the proper discipline to impose in this case. Based on this Decision, the Order, as modified, shall become effective on January 7, 2014.
