IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The above-captioned matter came on for hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings on September 13, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. David Charles Sacco and A Tocwood, Inc. were represented by Scott W. Hyder, Esq., of the Law Office of Scott W. Hyder, P.L.C. The Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”) was represented by Assistant Attorney General Seth T. Hargraves. At the commencement of the hearing, counsel requested that the hearing be vacated due to the parties having reached a settlement agreement that requires final approval by the Registrar. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that the matter be remanded to the Registrar for further action.
