Douglas _____________________________________________________________________ Based upon the entire record, the following Findings of Fact, Conclusions of Law and Recommended Orders are made: FINDINGS OF FACT 1. Complainant Dry Force Inc. failed to appear at the consolidated hearing for these matters. The tribunal waited 20 minutes beyond the scheduled start time, but no one appeared for Complainant Dry Force Inc. 2. Complainant E H S Restoration LLC failed to appear at the consolidated hearing for these matters. The tribunal waited 20 minutes beyond the scheduled start time, but no one appeared for Complainant E H S Restoration LLC. CONCLUSIONS OF LAW 1. By failing to appear at the hearing, Complainant E H S Restoration LLC did not meet the burden to present evidence in support of the complaint set forth in ROC Case No. 2012-1785 (Docket No. 2012A-1785-ROC).[1] 2. By failing to appear at the hearing, Complainant Dry Force Inc. did not meet the burden to present evidence in support of the complaint set forth in ROC Case No. 2012-2481 (Docket No. 2012A-2481-ROC). RECOMMENDed order Docket no. 2012A-1785-Roc Based on the foregoing, it is recommended that this complaint shall be dismissed.
