IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

At the hearing in this matter, counsel for the Registrar of Contractors indicated that the Complainant was ineligible for a payout from the Residential Recovery Fund because her home was not classified as Class for taxation purposes. Because Complainant conceded on the record that her home was a Class 6 historic property, she withdrew her request for hearing. In light of Complainant’s withdrawal, IT IS ORDERED that hearing in this matter be vacated. The file is remanded back to the Registrar of Contractors for further processing and disposition.
