A hearing on the merits had been scheduled on this date. At the time set for the hearing to begin, the parties informed the Administrative Law Judge that they had reached a settlement agreement in principle and requested time to reduce their agreement to writing. Subsequently, the parties confirmed on the record that they had reached a settlement, stated the time for Respondent to perform the settlement, and provided a copy of their written settlement agreement, a copy of which is attached as an exhibit to this order. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed as resolved/settled/withdrawn.
