IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter came on for hearing on May 22, 2012. The Registrar of Contractors appeared by and through Assistant Attorney General, Elizabeth Campbell, Esq. Applicant appeared through its authorized representative, Christopher Turc Hartman. During the scheduled hearing the parties entered into Settlement discussions and the record in this matter was held open to allow the parties sufficient time to complete their Settlement negotiations and to prepare and present a written Settlement Agreement. On June 1, 2012, the Registrar of Contractors filed a written Notice of Settlement and attached Stipulation for Licensure. Based upon the foregoing, this matter is vacated from the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded to the Registrar of Contactors for its further action.
