Vacate: Settlement Recommendation

IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”), the above-captioned matter came on for hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency, on October 17, 2012. Jeff Simcox appeared via videoconferencing. L & S, P.C., doing business as Magic Homes, was represented by Sherry Matzdorff, who appeared via videoconferencing. After the commencement of the scheduled hearing but prior to its conclusion, the parties reached a settlement agreement. The essential terms of the settlement agreement was read into the record. A copy of the parties’ settlement agreement is attached to this Order. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings, and that this matter be remanded to the Registrar for further action.
