Complainant Mark Einhorn has moved to withdraw his complaint against Respondent Presmyk and Sons Construction Inc. due to the parties’ settlement and has provided a copy of a fully executed settlement agreement. Because it is not clear that copies of Complainant’s motion were sent to the Registrar of Contractors (the Registrar) and to Respondent, copies are attached to their copies of this order. In view of the settlement, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on November 7, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19- 111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action.
