On August 25, 2011, Complainants appeared at the appointed time and place for hearing in this matter. No hearing was held because Complainants informed the Administrative Law Judge that the parties came to an agreement that makes an administrative hearing unnecessary. Complainants submitted a written settlement agreement signed by all parties that resolves all issues. A copy of the agreement is attached. The parties are aware that, as stated in the Notice of Hearing under “Resolution Short of Adjudication,” upon notice of this settlement and Complainants’ withdrawal of the complaint, the Registrar of Contractors will close the complaint and note it as “resolved/settled/withdrawn.” Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated. FURTHER, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors, based on the agreement and withdrawal of the complaint, close this matter.
