Vacate: Settlement Recommendation

IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A compliance hearing had been scheduled on this date. At the beginning of the hearing, the parties requested a recess to attempt to resolve the remaining issues. At the end of the recess, the parties announced on the record their settlement of the issues for the compliance hearing. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the compliance hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed, without prejudice to Complainant’s right to reopen and complaint and request another compliance hearing if Respondent does not comply with the terms of the parties’ settlement.
