Complainant Stefani Jenkins has informed the Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) that she has dropped her complaint against Disaster Restoration, L.L.C. dba Arizona Disaster Restoration because “[w]e have come to an amicable agreement and have settled.” Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on March 28, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
