IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On March 26, 2012, the parties appeared at the appointed time and place for hearing in this matter. Complainant is a sole proprietorship of Charlene Reed, who appeared on her own behalf. Respondent was represented by its corporate Secretary Monica Moreno. During the beginning phase of the hearing, the parties reached agreement and did not need to continue the formal hearing process. Complainant agreed to withdraw the complaint, in return for a payment of $7,575.00 from Respondent, according to the following terms. Respondent agreed to pay $7,575.00 to Complainant at $350.00 per month until paid in full. Respondent handed Complainant a check for that amount at the hearing, which constitutes the March 2012 payment. In addition, Respondent agrees to pay $350.00 to Complainant each month by cashiers check and by the 28th day of each month. Complainant calculated that the last payment will be made in December 2013 for $225.00. The parties are aware that, as stated in the Notice of Hearing under “Resolution Short of Adjudication,” upon notice of this settlement and Complainants’ withdrawal of the complaint, the Registrar of Contractors will close the complaint and note it as “resolved/settled/withdrawn.” Good cause appearing, and based on withdrawal of the complaint,
