IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The parties appeared for hearing on March 22, 2012. Complainant was represented by its corporate President Mike Armour. Respondent was represented by its corporate President and Qualifying Party Jim Osborn. During the opening portion of the hearing, the parties reached agreement to settle the complaint. Respondent agreed to pay Complainant $3,000.00 and Complainant agreed to withdraw the compliant upon such payment. This tribunal awaited confirmation of the payment by April 20, 2012. Having received none, this tribunal issued a Minute Entry giving the parties until April 30, 2012, to confirm, or the tribunal would deem the matter as settled. No response has been filed. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing in this matter due to settlement and remanding this case to the Registrar of Contractors for closure.
