The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has provided copies of the Maricopa County Superior Court’s March 11, 2013 minute entry order in Case No. LC2013-000121-001 DT provisionally staying the Registrar’s final order if Respondent submits evidence of having served the other parties and documentation of service on the Registrar of the summons and complaint in Respondent’s appeal. Because the Registrar appears to lack jurisdiction over this matter until the merits of Respondent’s appeal are resolved, IT IS ORDERED vacating the compliance hearing that had been scheduled in this matter on April 10, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Registrar pending the outcome of Respondent’s appeal to superior court or dissolution of the stay.
