Complainant Aloha Grading, Inc.’s counsel on its behalf withdraws the complaint because Respondent Colley Construction, L.L.C. has resolved the matter at issue. Complainant further requests that no “taint” remain on Respondent’s license because payment was received on January 3, 2012, before the Registrar issued the January 5, 2012 Citation and Complaint or the February 8, 2012 Notice of Hearing. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on March 20, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, February 21, 2012.
