IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

This matter came on for hearing on January 17, 2013, at 8:00 a.m. Complainant appeared through his attorney, Guy Bluff Esq., Bluff and Associates. Respondent appeared through its attorney, Eric M. Jackson, Esq., JacksonWhite P.C. At the onset of the scheduled hearing the parties were given a period of time to resolve their differences. At the conclusion of their discussion, Complainant moved to vacate the hearing and withdraw his complaint against Respondent with the Registrar of Contractors without prejudice. Respondent did not object to Complainant’s motion. The Administrative Law Judge makes the following minute entry: For good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded for the following reason:
