IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) has informed the Office of Administrative Hearings (“the OAH”) that it has closed the complaint in this matter because Respondent Cabinets by Crabtree, L.L.C. has filed for protection under the United States Bankruptcy Code Chapter 7 in Case No. 2:12-bk-02955-RJH in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona. The Registrar also has informed the OAH that this matter may be reopened only after Complainant Anita Schuchman has provided to the Registrar an Order from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court granting Complainant relief from the automatic stay. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on March 2, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Director of the Registrar.
