This matter was set for hearing on January 25, 2012. On December 23, 2011, Roy and Linda Eby on behalf of Shirley Bachko filed with the Registrar of Contractors a withdrawal of the complaint and a request to vacate the hearing, which the ROC forwarded to this tribunal on December 29, 2011. A review of the complaint file shows that the complaint was brought and pursued by Roy and Linda Eby on behalf of Shirley Bachko. Therefore, the request to vacate is made by the same parties that brought the complaint. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing in this matter and remanding this case to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
