Complainant Sandra Marquez has withdrawn her complaint against P V Contracting, L.L.C. and Thomas Blacketer because Mr. Blacketer resolved her situation. Ms. Marquez also has requested that the complaint be removed from Mr. Blacketer’s file. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the continued videoconference hearing that had been scheduled on May 2, 2012, at 8:15 a.m. at the Registrar of Contractors’ Flagstaff office. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, March 8, 2012.
