IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

A scheduling and status conference had been scheduled on this date to determine whether a hearing on the merits would be necessary to resolve this matter. At the conference, the attorneys representing the Applicant, Sorcon Construction Services, L.L.C., and the Registrar of Contractors presented an executed stipulation that resolved all matters in dispute and set certain time frames for the Registrar to issue a license to Applicant. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating any hearing on the merits in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. As discussed, in the event that the parties’ settlement is not fully consummated, Applicant may exercise its right under A.R.S. § 41-1092.02(A) to demand that the Registrar resubmit the matter to the Office of Administrative Hearings for an expedited hearing on the merits.
