IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Rehearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors (“Registrar”), the above-captioned matter was scheduled for a rehearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings (“OAH”) on August 7, 2012, at 8:00 a.m. On July 26, 2012, Complainant filed a letter with the Registrar advising that the parties were working on a settlement and she requested that the prehearing jobsite inspection scheduled for August 3, 2012, be cancelled. On August 7, 2012, neither party appeared at the scheduled rehearing. In view of the foregoing and pursuant to A.A.C. R2-19-117, IT IS ORDERED that the rehearing be vacated and the matter remanded to the Registrar for further action. Done this day, August 16, 2012.
