On March 19, 2018, the parties filed a Stipulation to Notice of Claim for Administrative Payout with the Office of Administrative Hearings in which the parties advised that they had reached an agreement as to the Recovery Fund payout award of $21,725.00. Sufficient cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter is vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors for further action. Done this day, March 20, 2018.
