IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Complainant Salvatore Bentivegna’s attorney, Respondent Round Mountain Investment, L.L.C. dba Round Mountain Homes’ attorney, and Respondent Jeffrey Wayne Lobstein dba Lobstein Ranch have submitted a fully executed joint stipulation to withdraw the complaints at issue and to vacate the hearing in the merits pursuant to their settlement. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on September 20, 2012, and September 21, 2012. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding these consolidated matters under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that they be closed as resolved/settled/withdrawn. Done this day, September 10, 2012.
