Vacate: Settlement Recommendation

IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

The parties appeared for hearing on November 15, 2011. Complainants appeared on their own behalf. Respondent appeared and was represented by attorney Mark Hanson. During the hearing, the parties came to an agreement that makes further administrative hearing unnecessary. The parties have put their agreement in writing and signed it. A copy of that agreement was filed on November 28, 2011, and has been made part of the file for this matter. One of the terms of the agreement is the withdrawal of the complaint in this matter. The parties are aware that, as stated in the Notice of Hearing under “Resolution Short of Adjudication,” upon notice of this settlement and Complainants’ withdrawal of the complaint, the Registrar of Contractors will close the complaint and note it as “resolved/settled/withdrawn.” Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter be vacated.

FURTHER, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors, based on the agreement and withdrawal of the complaint, close this matter.
