IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On May 27, 2011, Complainant appeared at the appointed time and place for hearing in this Recovery Fund Eligibility/Payout Hearing. Complainant appeared on her own behalf. Respondent did not appear. Assistant Attorney General Montgomery Lee appeared on behalf of the Residential Contractors’ Recovery Fund (“the Fund”). During the beginning phase of the hearing, Complainant noted that there were further damages that she had not put into her claim. The Fund had no objection to allowing Complainant additional time to supplement her claim. Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the hearing in this matter be vacated and the claim be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors. IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors allow supplementation of the claim and then issue a new Notice of Payout, from which Complainant will have full rights to request a hearing.
