A videoconference hearing on the merits had been scheduled in this matter on this date, at which representatives of both parties appeared. Slinker provided to the Registrar a copy of an Order Granting Complainant Relief from the Automatic Stay. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing on the merits that had been scheduled on this date at 8:15 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C.
