On November 7, 2011 at 4:38 p.m. Complainant Temple Builders Inc., filed the attached request that Case Nos. 2010A-[number redacted]-ROC and 2010A- [number redacted]-ROC be closed and the consolidated hearing for the two matters be canceled. The Complainant can withdraw its complaint in Case No. 2010A- [number redacted]-ROC. However, Temple Builders Inc. is the Respondent in Case No. 2010A-[number redacted]-ROC and does not have standing to move to close the complaint against Temple Builders Inc, and vacate the consolidated hearing scheduled for these matters. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that these matters be unconsolidated. Based Temple Builder Inc’s request to close its Complaint against Add More Custom Cabinets (affixed hereto), the Administrative Law Judge, makes the following minute entry: For good cause appearing, this matter is vacated from the docket of the Office of Administrative Hearings and remanded for the following reason:

The party requesting the hearing has voluntarily withdrawn.
