IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On April 1, 2011, Complainant appeared for hearing and informed the tribunal that the parties had worked out a settlement that needed to be put in writing. The tribunal issued a Minute Entry giving Complainant until April 15, 2011, to file the written agreement or request a new hearing date. Complainant did not contact this tribunal. On May 5, 2011, another Minute Entry was issued giving Complainant until May 11, 2011, to contact this tribunal and warning Complainant that if nothing was filed the case would be dismissed for failure to prosecute. Complainant has not responded. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing in this matter and remanding this case to the Registrar of Contractors for dismissal.
