IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors, the above-entitled matter came on for hearing before the Office of Administrative Hearings, an independent agency, on April 7, 2011, at 1:00 p.m. Consolidated Electrical Distributors (“Complainant”) was represented by its authorized representative, Jeff Huppler. Fortress Electric, L.L.C. (“Respondent”) was represented by its authorized representative, Jerald Chapman. After the commencement of the scheduled hearing, but prior to its conclusion, the parties reached a settlement agreement, the essential terms of which were read into the record. The parties agree to resolve their financial dispute for the sum of $750.00. Respondent agreed to pay the sum of $500.00 by cashier check immediately to Complainant. The balance of $250.00 is to be paid by Respondent to Complainant on or before June 7, 2011. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing be vacated and the matter remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
