This matter was set for hearing on May 20, 2011. On the morning of the hearing, counsel for Pillar Builders filed a Notice of Settlement stating that the parties had settled the matter and agreed to withdraw the cross-complaints. At the time for hearing, Alisa Ardavin, Vice President of Pillar Builders, appeared and confirmed the settlement. Good cause appearing, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing in this matter and remanding this case to the Registrar of Contractors for any further action.
