Complainant Master Block, Inc. has informed the Administrative Law Judge that it and Respondent G and Y Masonry, Inc. have agreed settlement terms, has provided a promissory note that sets forth the parties’ settlement terms, and has informed the Administrative Law Judge that Respondent “has submitted requested information and has complied with promissory note agreement to date.” Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the remainder of the hearing on the merits in this matter. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Arizona Registrar of Contractors with the recommendation that it be closed as resolved, settled, or withdrawn. Done this day, April 25, 2011.
