STATE OF ARIZONA OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

On January 11, 2011, the parties appeared at the appointed time and place for hearing in this matter. Complainant Darrell Lee Pohlman appeared on his own behalf. Respondent was represented by attorney Bianca Alexander, accompanied by Dennis Bryant. No hearing was held because the parties came to an agreement that makes an administrative hearing unnecessary. This matter concerns the above-captioned complaint and cross- complaint between the parties. At the time for hearing, the parties made an agreement that was written down and signed by both parties. A copy of that agreement has been made part of the file for this matter. One of the terms of the agreement is the withdrawals of the complaints in these matters. The parties are aware that, as stated in the Notice of Hearing under “Resolution Short of Adjudication,” upon notice of this settlement and the withdrawals of the complaints, the Registrar of Contractors will close the complaints and note them as “resolved/settled/withdrawn.” Good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the consolidated hearings in this matter are vacated. FURTHER, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Registrar of Contractors, based on the agreement and withdrawals of the complaints, close these matters.
