Vacate: Settlement Recommendation

IN THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS

Pursuant to the Notice of Hearing issued by the Registrar of Contractors, this matter came on for hearing on March 22, 2011, before Administrative Law Judge Brian Brendan Tully of the Office of Administrative Hearings. Del Lago Homeowners Association was represented by its board president, Howard Unger, and its board treasurer, Larry Orwig. J and D Maintenance of Arizona, L.L.C. was represented by its member and qualifying party, Jade Floyd. At the hearing, the parties confirmed that they had entered into a written settlement agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto. In view of the foregoing, IT IS ORDERED that the hearing in this matter be vacated from the calendar of the Office of Administrative Hearings and that the case be remanded to the Registrar of Contractors for further action.
