Complainant Western Technologies, Inc.’s vice president and general counsel has informed the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (“the Registrar”) that since Respondent Weber Services, Inc. has voluntarily canceled its license, “the revocation hearing and this proceeding are now moot,” and Complainant withdraws its complaint. Therefore, IT IS ORDERED vacating the hearing that had been scheduled on March 3, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding this matter under A.A.C. R2-19-111(3) to the Director of the Registrar for further action. Done this day, February 22, 2011.
